Bishyrd Award Is just such an exciting award to achieve and here at our bed and breakfast we are so delighted to be reaching the best high street award in the UK. Ey Up

What Are You Up Too? We had a lovely walk along the riverside walk in to York from our bed and breakfast here in York and guess who we saw this cheeky chappie. Our Guests love the walk into York along the river and the walk through Rowntrees Park is equally just as lovely. Did you know Rowntrees Park was given to the people of York by the philanthropist Joseph Rowntree who was the owner of one of York’s finest chocolate makers ‘Rowntree.’ We are so lucky that the river and the park are on our doorstep and that from our B&B its only a 15-20 minute into York we know that it is a favourite with our Guests too.
